Refund policy
EXCHANGES
Simply Prissy does not offer exchanges as items tend to sell quickly and may not be available by the time the returned item(s) reach our facilities.
REFUNDS
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Our return policy is 30 calendar days from the original purchase date. Unfortunately, we can not offer a refund after 30 days of original purchase date.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, UNDER GARMENTS, AND BODYSUITS.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in its original packaging, unopened, unworn, with all tags ATTACHED, and in the same condition in which it was received.
To return a product, please email info@simplyprissyfashions.com to initiate the refund process. Please include the order number in the subject line. Also, include the date of purchase and item(s) that you are requesting a refund for in the body of the email, along with the reason for the return.
The customer shall be responsible for shipping costs of the returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
It would be in the customer's best interest to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as Simply Prissy does not guarantee the receipt of the returned item(s).
The customer shall receive an email notifying them once their return is received and inspected. Simply Prissy shall also inform the customer of the approval or rejection of their refund. If the request is approved, then the refund shall be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's original method of payment within 30 days.
Simply Prissy reserves the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. Please contact us if you have any questions or problems.
Orders that return to our facilities as being undeliverable as addressed by the carriers will be subject to an automatic refund (less shipping) issued back to the original form of payment within 30 days of its return.
